Prangli has always had permanent residents. Currently, about 80 people live in its three villages: Kelnase, Idaotsa and L\u00e4\u00e4neotsa. The island has everything you need: a basic school, a shop, a doctor\u2019s office, postal service, a community centre and a restaurant.
